Bringing science to life through storytelling, education, and outreach that inspires action for the ocean.

DEEP BLUE FACTS (21).png

What I Offer:

Deep Blue Voices is all about making marine science accessible and engaging. With a background in communication, tutoring, and public speaking, including media training with the Marine Conservation Society and live presenting for hospital radio, I bring clarity, warmth, and energy to every outreach project. Whether I’m speaking to school groups, writing public-facing content, or helping scientists translate their research for wider audiences, my goal is always the same: connect people with the ocean in a way that’s memorable, meaningful, and motivating.

Educational Talks & Workshops

I deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions on marine life and conservation, on behalf of charities and environmental organisations. These talks are designed to inform, inspire, and connect with a range of audiences . With experience tutoring 4–16-year-olds and a strong science background, I know how to make complex topics accessible and engaging, whether it’s in person or online.

Scientific Communication

Need help translating your research for the public? I offer support with simplifying scientific findings, writing outreach materials, and developing clear narratives for wider audiences. My experience spans scientific writing, educational content creation, and creative storytelling for digital platforms

Media & Speaking

As a trained speaker with live radio experience and media training through the Marine Conservation Society, I’m confident delivering interviews, panel talks, and recorded content. I bring a calm, relatable voice to science-focused conversations  and can adapt to a range of formats and tones.

Content For Outreach

From ocean fact pages to event flyers or digital campaigns, I can help shape the outreach content that connects with your audience. With a background in social media and marketing, I can create content that’s not only informative, but also engaging and visually on-brand.

Tailored Solutions For Every Budget

Having volunteered with numerous NGOs and charities, I understand the financial challenges organisations often face when striving to research, raise awareness, and create a positive impact on our planet.

That’s why, through Deep Blue Collective, I’m committed to using my marketing, outreach, and research skills to help organisations achieve their goals in a collaborative way.

As I embark on my conservation journey, I’m eager to grow and develop alongside the organisations I support. If financial payment isn’t feasible, I’m happy to offer my skills in exchange for training or experience opportunities. Together, we can find a solution that meets your needs and maximises your impact.
