Offering Hands-on Support With Data, Literature, and Fieldwork

Deep Blue Research

What I Offer:

I offer support to researchers, conservationists, and organisations working in marine science. With hands-on experience in observational data collection, citizen science projects, and academic research, I can assist with data inputting, literature reviews, and project outreach. I’m particularly passionate about the impact of pollutants on marine mammals, and I’m keen to continue learning through collaboration. Whether you need help organising data, communicating findings, or simply an extra pair of hands on your next project, I’m here to contribute with curiosity, care, and a strong foundation in science.

Data Collection

Build and maintain a strong online presence with consistent, engaging content tailored to your audience. I can manage your day-to-day social media , schedule posts, come up with a content calendar and ensure your brand voice stays cohesive and impactful - freeing up your time to focus on your mission.

Scientific Writing

I can assist you in turning  raw data into clear, structured summaries, research notes, and supporting documentation. With a strong foundation in scientific literacy, I can assist with internal reporting, research summaries, and early-stage write-ups that align with academic or conservation goals.

Reports and Publications

With a foundation in veterinary science and marine conservation, I assist with writing and editing scientific papers, technical reports, and case studies for publication. I’m particularly passionate about supporting organisations that want to document and share their work with accuracy and impact.

Citizen Science Support

Having worked with organisations like Sea Watch Foundation and MarineLife, I understand the power of community-driven research. I can assist with volunteer training materials, species ID guides, and outreach tools that make citizen science more accessible and effective.

Tailored Solutions For Every Budget

Having volunteered with numerous NGOs and charities, I understand the financial challenges organisations often face when striving to research, raise awareness, and create a positive impact on our planet.

That’s why, through Deep Blue Collective, I’m committed to using my marketing, outreach, and research skills to help organisations achieve their goals in a collaborative way.

As I embark on my conservation journey, I’m eager to grow and develop alongside the organisations I support. If financial payment isn’t feasible, I’m happy to offer my skills in exchange for training or experience opportunities. Together, we can find a solution that meets your needs and maximises your impact.
